Explains how to develop diversity training programs for staff, supervisors, and managers. Suggests ways to manage a diverse workforce, enhance productivity, and foster employees' understanding of one another. Includes instructions on how to assess the need for diversity training, develop a curriculum, find and work with faculty, and build support for the training. An annotated list of readings and training videotapes is also provided. The Center can assist with program development and with finding a consultant to meet the court unit's needs.
