A newsletter published from 1988 to 2002 with brief descriptions of cases, intended to inform judges and other judicial branch personnel of selected federal court decisions on the sentencing reform legislation of 1984 and 1987 and the Sentencing Guidelines. Guideline Sentencing Update is digested in Guideline Sentencing: An Outline of Appellate Case Law on Selected Issues.
