The questionnaire was prepared by the Southern District of New York’s United States District Judge Michael B. Mukasey to facilitate jury selection in the prosecution of defendants suspected of seditious conspiracy to conduct a campaign of urban terrorism, including participation in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center and plans to bomb New York landmarks, in United States v. Abdel Rahman, No. 1:93-cr-181 (S.D.N.Y. Mar. 17, 1993).
